Air system

Marine turbocharger parts, nozzle rings and charge air coolers

A turbocharger that loses efficiency quietly costs you fuel on every running hour. We supply rotor assemblies, nozzle rings, blades, bearing and seal kits, plus charge air coolers and scavenge air parts.

  • Single unit or complete kit
  • OEM and verified alternatives
  • Certificate with shipment

Components

What we supply

Turbocharger wear is gradual, so it is usually found late. The parts that fail first are the nozzle ring, the turbine blade tips and the bearing and seal kit. We can quote the wear parts on their own, or a complete rotor assembly if the shaft and wheels are beyond reconditioning.

To quote accurately

What we need from you

  • 1. Engine make and type
For example MAN B&W 6S50MC-C, or Wärtsilä 6L32.
  • 2. Part number
From the manual, the invoice, or stamped on the old part.
  • 3. Quantity and destination
One unit or a set, and the port or city for delivery.
  • 4. A photo, if the number is gone
The worn part, the nameplate or a drawing with dimensions.
No part number? That is common on older engines. Send the bore, the overall length and a photo and we will work from that.

Questions

Before you enquire

Can you supply the nozzle ring only?

Yes, and it is the most common single-part turbocharger enquiry. Send the turbocharger type and frame size, and the engine rating if you have it, because the vane angle changes with rating.

Is a rotor assembly balanced before delivery?

Rotor assemblies ship with a dynamic balance report. If you are reusing your own shaft with new blades, have it rebalanced locally — fitting unbalanced blades is what destroys the bearing kit.

Do you supply charge air cooler cores or complete units?

Both. On most engines a core and gasket set is enough and costs a fraction of a complete cooler. Where the housing is corroded, we quote the complete unit.

Tell us what you need

One part number is enough to start. Drawings, photos and nameplate details all help us confirm the match.

What to include: engine make and type, part number (if known), quantity, and the port or city you need it delivered to. A photo of the nameplate or the worn part is often faster than a part number.
