Fuel system

Marine fuel injection parts: pumps, plungers, barrels and injectors

Injection equipment is where fuel quality and wear show up first. We source high-pressure pumps, plunger and barrel assemblies, delivery valves, injectors and nozzles, matched to the fuel you actually burn.

Components

What we supply

Heavy fuel oil, low-sulphur distillate and biofuel blends all load the injection system differently. Nozzle and needle geometry has to suit the fuel, not just the engine. When you send an enquiry, tell us the fuel grade you run — it changes what we recommend.

To quote accurately

What we need from you

  • 1. Engine make and type
For example MAN B&W 6S50MC-C, or Wärtsilä 6L32.
  • 2. Part number
From the manual, the invoice, or stamped on the old part.
  • 3. Quantity and destination
One unit or a set, and the port or city for delivery.
  • 4. A photo, if the number is gone
The worn part, the nameplate or a drawing with dimensions.
No part number? That is common on older engines. Send the bore, the overall length and a photo and we will work from that.

Questions

Before you enquire

Can you match a nozzle to low-sulphur fuel?

Yes. Nozzle and needle geometry, and the opening pressure setting, are chosen for the fuel grade. Tell us what you burn and we will quote the matching specification rather than the standard HFO part.

Do you supply plunger and barrel as a pair?

Always as a matched pair. Supplying them separately breaks the lapped fit and is the most common cause of early leakage.

Can you test before shipping?

Yes. Injection equipment is pressure and leakage tested, and the test record ships with the unit. If you want a third-party inspection, we can arrange it.

Tell us what you need

One part number is enough to start. Drawings, photos and nameplate details all help us confirm the match.

What to include: engine make and type, part number (if known), quantity, and the port or city you need it delivered to. A photo of the nameplate or the worn part is often faster than a part number.
